Handmade products are unique, as such there is expected variation.These are not defects and as such do not qualify for refunds or returns.

However, all the items manufactured do come with a limited warranty. This warranty is at my discretion further information is available on the Terms and Conditions page under the Warranty section.

You Must Contact me via email to gary@garyhackett.co.uk prior to shipping any items.

Please include:

Up-to-date and clear pictures of the tool in question.

The nature of issue and/or Service required for the tool.

Your full name and address

The date of purchasing.

If agreed that the item is indeed under warranty an offer to service the item will be provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping of a repaired/serviced item back to you.

Rights are reserved to extend this warranty at my discretion.

A paid for service may be offered instead if the item warranty is expired or void.

All transactions are final and as such there is no refund policy. Refunds either in part or full are at my sole discretion. This is due to the nature of the products sold, being handmade and individual.

However, I will endeavour to ensure customer satisfaction where reasonable and possible.

PLEASE NOTE: These tools contain sharp edges and are designed to cut. I will refuse to accept receipt of or service any tool that I deem to have biological residue on (blood). So Please ensure a suitable and reasonable attempt has been made to clean the tool prior to shipping.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Any that I offer will be listed here.

  • Stickers

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item.

If you are approved, then your item will be processed, and a potential solution provided.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
